Athletes have to measure the elapsed time in a contest but in the past, not many watch companies thought of making a chronograph for those with such needs. It is Rolex that came up with the answer and designed the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona. The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona is the first sports watch designed for sports players especially the auto racers.
The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona has a sweep second hand, minute and hour totalizators. To incorporate second hand, minute and hour totalizators the watch has a bigger and bolder Dial. The dial size is 40mm which gives the watch more royal and grandeur looks.
The Rolex Daytona Replica should be equipped with a sweep second hand, minute and hour "totalizators" activated by push buttons, and a graduated bezel that performs like a tachometer. The new version featured large dials and had an inner track in a contrasting color.
I just love the chunkiness of it. And while I call in gorgeous watches like the Daytona for our hottest celebrity cover shoots, I have come to the fact that I will never, ever, even on a good day, own one myself!
